Is AI Actually Going to Take Your Job?
In Indian agencies, startups and IT companies, people are already using technology for research, reports, content drafting and coding support. It saves time, but it can’t fully handle clients, understand business pressures or take responsibility when something goes wrong.
Not exactly, but it is changing the way things work.
A campaign report may show fewer leads, but someone still has to figure out whether the issue came from targeting, the website or poor follow-up. A suggested code fix may look right, but an experienced developer knows whether it will work with the existing system.
Routine tasks may diminish, but professionals who understand the business, communicate well and solve real problems will remain valuable.
So don’t just ask, “Will my job disappear?”
Ask yourself: Am I learning to work smarter and be more useful in my role?
